Datuk Syed Ahmad Alwee Alsree

Datuk Syed Ahmad Alwee Alsree, the Group Executive Director of CMS since 2006, is also Deputy Chairman of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad and SACOFA Sdn Bhd. With a Bachelor of Law from the National University of Singapore, he practiced law for over 10 years before joining CMS in 2004. He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2012, bringing extensive legal and executive experience to his roles.

Philip Brisley

Mr. Brisley, the founding principal of Crescendo-HELP International School, boasts over 40 years in education. Honoured as a Member of the Most Honourable Order of the British Empire (2002) and recipient of the King Hussein Medal for Outstanding Achievement (2007), he holds a Certificate of Education from the University of Nottingham and Bishop Lonsdale College, Derby, UK. Mr. Brisley is also a Member of the College of Teachers (MCollT).

Datuk Shireen Ann Zaharah Muhiudeen

Datuk Shireen has over 30 years in fund management focused on emerging Asia equity markets, founded and managed Corston-Smith Asset Management. She authored the Amazon #1 Bestseller “We Are All Stakeholders” (2023). Shireen has served on numerous Boards, including as Non-Executive Chairman of Bursa Malaysia. Honoured by Asian Investor (2011) and Forbes Asia (2014), she holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and a BSc from the University of Southern California.

Adam Chan Eu-Khin

Currently the Deputy Executive Chairman of HELP Education Group (HEG) Sdn Bhd, Adam was the Executive Director responsible for Investor Relations for HELP International Corporation Bhd when it was listed on BURSA Malaysia. He currently leads the senior leadership team to manage the various business units within HEG. Adam also initiated Project Self-HELP which provided educational opportunities to refugees and trained over 1,200 refugee children in Malaysia. Adam sits on the board of various HELP Education Group subsidiaries and has been pushing HELP’s pursuit in environmental sustainability through solar energy and water harvesting. Adam also has working experience in Singapore and Hong Kong before joining HEG.

Dr Gerard J Louis

Dr Gerard has been involved in the field of education, counselling, and training for almost 40 years. He has spent over 20 years in educational leadership in mission, private and international schools in Malaysia. He has been with the HELP Education Group for the last 23 years. He is currently the CEO of the HELP Education Services and oversees the management of three K-12 International Schools as well as other educational services offered by the company. He is also a Pro Vice-Chancellor at HELP University and was the Founding Principal of HELP International School.

Datuk Chew Chiaw Han

Datuk Chew Chiaw Han, the Group Managing Director of Ibraco Berhad, also chairs the Risk Management Committee and serves on the Remuneration and Sustainability Committees. Datuk Chew is a graduate of the University of Waikato, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Law Degree. He started his career with Lian Hua Seng Group of companies in 1999. He was appointed as an Executive Director in 2002 and later promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the Group in 2007. Under his leadership, he has led the group’s diversification into various sectors.

Shirley Harrison

Executive Principal

With more than 35 years of experience in international education in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Malaysia, Shirley is an experienced leader who has guided schools in the UK, International Baccalaureate and Ministry Curricula from ages 3 – 19. She holds a  M.A. in Action Research for Education from the University of Huddersfield, UK; PGCE English and Drama from University of Manchester, UK; and a BA (Hons) in English Studies from Manchester Polytechnic, UK.
